SYAA is excited to announce its line-up of CenterStage Workshops and Production Workshops for Summer 2019! We have eight exciting camps for ages 5-12 and two exciting opportunities for ages 13-18. See below for descriptions or visit syaaonline.com/registration to enroll today!

CenterStage Workshops

Ages 5-12 • Cost: $160*

*$20 off all registrations made on or before May 31. All summer long, take 10% off for additional siblings or if students have already purchased another camp at full price.

CenterStage Workshops are for ages 5 to 12, and they use fun theatre games and activities to help students build their self-confidence, self-awareness, and teamwork & communication skills. Then, at the end of the week, students perform in a short, minimally staged parent showcase that's fun for all ages. Each workshop has a different pop culture theme so students can participate in as many weeks of camp as they would like. For more information on what a week at camp might look like, click here! And if you'd like to go ahead and register for this summer, visit visit syaaonline.com/registration or call (318) 812-7922.

Production Workshops

Ages 13-18 • Cost: $150

Our Production Workshops allow our teenage students the opportunity to create a fully staged production in just two short weeks. From concept to character, from page to stage, each production camp starts with an original script conceived by resident artist Kelly Flores with the help of the campers. Then, actors create, explore, develop, and rehearse the play that they have created, leading to two public performances of their world premiere production.
