After-School Classes

SYAA offers a variety of educational opportunities in all of the performing arts. From acting to singing and from dancing to technical exploration, we've got you covered.

After-school classes meet once per week and are the perfect way to introduce your student to the world of theatre and build their self-confidence, self-awareness, communication skills, and teamwork.

Private lessons in voice, piano, guitar, or violin offer one-to-one mentoring that is sure to help your student develop their skills as they further develop their appreciation for the arts.

Summer Camps

Every summer, students ages 5 to 18 celebrate the theatre arts by taking the stage at SYAA.

For students ages 5 to 12, there are eight half-day workshops each centered around a different pop culture theme. During camp, they explore production, acting, creativity, tech theatre, and at least one specialty class such as dance, voice, or stage make-up. And at the end of the week, the entire camp shows off in an entertaining showcase for the whole family.

Our older students have two opportunities to develop their theatrical skills by auditioning for and performing in two different month-long workshop productions, one a hit Broadway musical and the second, an original script written by the students themselves.
